Principal's Report

‘Try to be a rainbow in someone’s cloud.’ – Maya Angelou

As we approach the end of the term, I am amazed and filled with immense pride and gratitude for the incredible efforts and achievements of our students, staff and parents this term. It has been busy, productive, happy and filled with fun. Some of the highlights were science week, book week and yesterday Footy Day was enjoyed by all in the sunshine!

This week we had our first of many Principal and Assistant Principal morning teas which was hugely successful and paved the way for more to come. Lots of questions and productive conversations. Please make time to come along to one if you can next term. It is an opportunity to find out information about any wonderings you have in a more informal capacity and to meet other parents.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to the amazing staff at our school who have dedicated themselves to the wellbeing and growth of our students and provided a nurturing environment for them to thrive. This would also not be possible without the many wonderful casual staff we have here at Monash so a special thank you to them also. Some of them are in the photo above on Footy Day.

Please have a wonderful break and enjoy time with family and friends and be ready and rejuvenated for a big Term 4!

Please do not hesitate if you have any questions or concerns.

Stay safe and be kind to each other.
