ALEX MOORE (Library Assistant)
What is your role at BHCS and what are you excited about for the future?
My role at BHCS is a library assistant in the Discovery Centre. I am excited to see the library continue to grow and serve the school. I love working in a space that is fun and always keeps me on my toes!
What did you do previously?
I studied the Diploma of Library and Information Services while working part time in retail.
What do you like to do for fun?
I love to take day trips to the beach, read good fantasy books and enjoy nice meals with my husband.
KIANNA VELLIN (Learning Assistant)
What is your new role at BHCS and what are you excited about for the future?
My new role at Belgrave Heights is a Learning Assistant. I am excited to work in all the different classes and get to know all the amazing people that are in them.
What did you do previously?
Before working at Belgrave Heights, I was a swim teacher. I also have been studying to become a teacher, which I am still undertaking.
What do you like to do for fun?
I love being outdoors and in the sunshine! Often, you'll find me playing a sport of some kind, or at the beach surfing. I also love spending time with my family.
Hayley Vandehoef (Learning Assistant)
What is your new role at BHCS and what are you excited for the future?
I am a new learning assistant, based in middle school. This year I am excited to meet new people and support students to learn and grow!
What did you do previously?
I have previously worked as a disability support worker. Additionally, I am currently studying primary education.
What do you like to do for fun?
Some of my interests include being outdoors, traveling and socialising!
