Having fun learning fruit names with Mr Kho

Foundations are on the topic of 'Fruit' this term and learning how to say some names of fruit and some basic expressions in Chinese. Of course, there are always a lot of laughter, giggles, and bright smiles in the Mandarin room.

Ever since I resumed my teaching from Term 4, we all have developed an excellent and positive rapport. We all look so happy, singing, and dancing together. Foundation students cannot help but dance when the Santa holding a banana is dancing to "Gang Nam Style".

Students choose a piece of fruit for the day in turn when they are learning the names of fruit. Then, they memorise their own fruit names, teaching them to the rest of the class. As this goes on, they can remember more fruit, also learning them through songs like "The Fruit Song" to help them remember for quicker and longer.
