Chalk Landscapes

Our Year 1/2 students have been learning about landscape compositions and how artists show space and depth in their work. We made the most of the sunshine and created some chalk landscape drawings outside. Students demonstrated their understanding of foreground, middle ground and background to imply space. Their pieces were beautifully textured and moody.
