Grade 5 & 6 

Over the past few weeks, our Grade 5/6 students have been working hard in Literacy, building their knowledge of narrative non-fiction. They have been exploring how to develop rich settings, engaging characters, exciting action, and meaningful problems through step-by-step planning.

In Mathematics, students have been extending their understanding of probability, and will soon begin exploring data and statistics, applying their skills to real-world situations.

We also wish the very best of luck to all Grade 5/6 students playing in the football and netball finals this weekend, as well as those representing our school at the Little Desert Athletics next week. We are proud of your efforts both in and out of the classroom!
