DISABLED PARKING

đźš™ A Kind Reminder About Disabled Parking Spaces

We kindly ask all families to help us keep our school safe and accessible for everyone.

Disabled parking spaces are specially reserved for those who hold a valid Disabled Parking Permit. These spots are important for families who need easier access due to mobility challenges.

Please avoid parking, stopping, or waiting in these spaces unless you’re permitted to use them. Even a quick stop can make things difficult for someone who truly needs that space.

Let’s continue to show care and respect for all members of our school community by keeping these areas clear and available.

Thank you for your understanding and support!

EARLY PICK-UP

đź•’ A Friendly Reminder for Families

We know that at times students need to leave school early for appointments, and we’re always happy to help make that happen as smoothly as possible.

To support this process and minimise disruption to learning, we kindly ask for your help with the following:

  • Call Reception When You Arrive & Sign Out Your Child

When collecting your child early, please call reception once you are on site. Calling too early can lead to students waiting for long periods, which may cause them to feel unsettled and takes staff away from classrooms longer than needed.

While you are waiting, please don’t forget to sign them out at reception before leaving.

  • Let the Teacher Know via SeeSaw

If you know ahead of time that your child will be picked up early, a quick message to their teacher on SeeSaw helps us prepare and makes the process easier for everyone.

  • Keep Yard Times in Mind

If you're picking up during yard time, it might take a little longer to locate your child as they will be outside enjoying their break.

    • Primary Yard Time: 11:45am – 12:15pm
    • Middles Yard Time: 12:30pm – 1:00pm
    • Senior Yard Time: 1:00pm – 1:30pm

Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us keep things calm, safe, and organised for all our students!
