This term, we proudly celebrated our graduating Class of 2025. Throughout the week, students dressed up, shared memories and marked the end of their secondary journey together. They were also invited back to their home schools, Fitzroy High and Collingwood College, for special celebrations honouring their achievements.

At their home schools, students enjoyed afternoon tea with classmates and former teachers. This was a joyful moment to reconnect and reflect on the past. On Friday 24 November, students gathered at Wurun for a shared lunch before the official start of their graduation ceremony.

A special thank you to Thomas Hill, Atikinesh Abebe and Najma Mohamud, who were our wonderful MCs. We also extend our gratitude to all teachers and family members who have supported our graduates throughout their educational journey.

We would like to acknowledge students who completed The Australian Learner Competency Credential (LCC), recognising the holistic learning and personal growth they have demonstrated throughout their schooling.

Before the individual awards were presented, the ceremony reflected on the incredible sense of community, kindness and collaboration that define Wurun’s graduating class. Whether through leadership, creativity, or acts of quiet support, our students have left a lasting mark on the culture of our school and the friendships within it.
