St Bernard’s Day
Our celebration of our patron saint, St Bernard of Clairvaux will be on his feast day next Wednesday 20th August. We will begin the day with Mass at 9:30am in the Church and all families are welcome to join us. A hot dog and drink will be provided for lunch and a zopper dooper at the end of the day. Please ensure that permission forms have been returned . As there will only be one hotdog per child, please ensure that they have playlunch and extra to eat if one hotdog may not be enough.
Book Week
Book Week celebrations begin with our parade on Monday 18th August at 9:00am. The importance and value of reading cannot be underestimated. A graphic included below, reinforces how reading every day supports learning success.
Please join us for the fun in the yard at 9:00am. A number of other events include: Bake a Book & Arty Smarty Competitions and there will be various incursions & activities throughout the week.
Please refer to the Learning Page for all the details.
Many thanks to Ms Julie for all her work and organisation for Book Week.
