  • R U OK Day- Thursday September 11th

R U OK? Day – A Conversation Could Change a LifeOn September 11 th our community comes together to acknowledge R U OK? Day….. a National Day of Action reminding all of us to check in on those around us and ask, “Are you OK?” In our busy lives, it’s easy to overlook how someone might really be feeling—but sometimes, a simple question and a genuine conversation can make a powerful difference. This year’s message, “A conversation could change a life,” encourages us to stay connected and support each other, not just today, but every day. As a school, we’re proud to be taking part through class activities, student-led initiatives, and discussions that promote kindness, empathy, and mental wellbeing. We invite everyone to highlight R U OK day and keep an eye out leading into this week for school celebrations for R U OK Day!
