LUNCH ORDER INFORMATION

Please be aware that if you are placing a lunch order AFTER the cut off time of 9am on a Thursday, your order will be for the FOLLOWING week, NOT the current week. If your child is sick on a day you have ordered lunch, you can make contact with Kelly's Bakery before 10am and they will be able to transfer your order to the following week or provide you with a refund. SAMARITAN'S PURSE - CHRISTMAS BOXES

Operation Christmas Child

Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse. It’s a hands-on way for you to demonstrate God’s love to children in need across the world by filling the shoeboxes( supplied to the school) with toys, hygiene items, school supplies, and fun gifts. The boxes will be collected from school on the last day of this term in preparation for distribution to children living in vulnerable situations.

How to buy items for boxes

Decide whether your items will be for a girl or boy. Age categories are:

2-4

5-9 and

10-14

Gifts

Select a WOW gift, then some fun toys, clothing, stationary etc. All gifts must be able to be fitted into a shoe box. See suggestions below.

You can also make up your own shoe box. Please do not seal box as boxes will be double checked for items that are not suitable.

There are a few items are that are not accepted and are listed below.

FATHER'S DAY STALL

The Father's Day stall is on Thursday 4th September. Purchasing of gifts will be via CDFpay. A limit of 2 gifts per child. Cut off will be Wednesday 3rd. Please ensure that each child has their own order.

CAN YOU HELP OUT ON THE DAY OR FOR SET UP? If you are able to assist on the day, or help with set up the day before, please let us know at the office and we will pass your offer onto the P & F team.

FATHER'S DAY BREAKFAST

Father's Day Brekkie is on again......Friday 5th September. Brekkie will be in the gym conference room 6.30-8.30am. Please place your order via CDFpay. Please pay for each person having breakfast (including students). You can order all brekkies via one child's account for this activity.

ARE YOU ABLE TO HELP OUT? If you are able to help out on the morning or for set up the day before, that would be amazing. Please let the office know and we will forward your offer onto the P & F team.
