SACRAMENT OF FIRST EUCHARIST

Please join us this Saturday, 14th June, at 4pm at Sacred Heart Church, to celebrate the Sacrament of First Eucharist with our Year 3 students: Archer, Ivy, and Georgie.

This Sacrament of First Eucharist is a joyous and memorable occasion for the children and their families, symbolising a significant step in their faith development. It signifies an individual's full participation in the life and mission of the Church.

FIRST EUCHARIST RETREAT DAY

The Sacrament of First Eucharist, often called First Holy Communion, is one of the most significant milestones in a Catholic's spiritual journey.

Our Year 3 students who are receiving the Sacrament of First Eucharist travelled to St Xavier's Gunnedah to participate in a retreat day with other Year 3 students. Students spent the morning together before attending the Rite of Reconciliation at St. Joseph's Church. Thank you to the staff and students at St Xavier's who made us feel welcome, and for organising such a special day. Thank you to Mrs Darley and Miss Dorrington for transporting the students to Gunnedah and for your support in making this a memorable experience. We also thank Fr Abmar and Fr Antony for their support and guidance. 

YEAR 6 RELIGIOUS EDUCATION ONLINE TEST

Our Year 6 students will participate in an online Religious Education Test, which will be conducted on Tuesday, August 13th. The test consists of 40 multiple-choice questions that assess students' understanding of Religious Education content covered throughout their time learning in a Catholic school.
