Trivia Night Updates

1. Silent Auction items

We are finalising items for our Silent Auction so if you can donate a voucher, hamper, goods or services, please get in touch with Kim 0448 114 618. Thanks so much to those who have already so generously donated! We couldn't do this without your support. 

2. Wine Donations

We’re putting together a Wine Hamper Grand Prize for the raffle to help raise funds on the night! If you're in a position to do so, we’d be very grateful for a bottle of wine donation to help make the prize extra special. If you’re unable to attend the event, donating a bottle is a great way to support our major fundraising event of the year. Any contribution would be warmly appreciated — all funds raised from tickets sold on the night will go directly toward improving school facilities and enhancing our children’s learning experience. Donations can be dropped off at the school office by Thursday 19 June by an adult. Thank you so much for your support — we can’t wait to see many of you there!

A few important points:

1.     Email Confirmation

An email has been sent to those who booked tables. Please read it carefully and respond with the requested information.

2.     Pre-Order Pizza & Pasta

You can now pre-order delicious Toscana pizza and pasta via the QKR app, with vegetarian and gluten free options available. 

A huge thank you to MPS family-owned Toscana Pizza, who are generously donating proceeds back to the school to support our fundraising.

Orders close Wednesday 18 June, so don’t miss out!

3.     Drinks on the Night

Beer, wine, and cocktails will be available for purchase. Please note: This is a strictly no BYO alcohol event. Bringing your own alcohol puts

the school in breach of its liquor license. The MPS sheriff will be out and about, so play it safe and stick to the drinks on offer!
