In recognition of Indonesian Independence Day which falls on August 17, we have been learning about the way Indonesians celebrate their independence after being under Dutch rule for over 100 years until 1945. We’ve had a lot of fun playing some traditional games including sack races, three-legged races and balloon dancing! Enjoy the photos of the kids in action!
