Term 3 Parent-Teacher Conferences.

Dear Families,

Parent Teacher Conferences are being held next Monday Sept 4 and Tuesday Sept 5 from3.30pm until 7.00pm. 

You can book your interview times via Compass. 

Online bookings are now open and will be closed on Friday Sept 1 at 5:00pm.

HOW TO BOOK

Compass Website: on your main dashboard will be a notification about Parent Student Teacher Conferences with a link Click here for booking.

Compass App (on iOS/Android): You will have a notification at the top of your timeline -- Click here for booking. Alternatively, click the More option in the bottom right of the app and then choose the Conferences option.

INTERVIEW LOCATIONS

Interviews will be onsite, face to face, with class teacher interviews occurring in your child’s classroom.

  The specialist teachers’ interview locations will be:

• Music and Performing Arts – Music Room
• STEM and PE (Mr Ahmad Chazbek) – STEM Room
• Art and PE (Mr Jeff McGann) – Art Room
• Digital Technology – Digi Tech Room
• Mandarin – Mandarin Room.

QUESTIONS

If you are unable to attend face to face, please make a booking at your preferred time and then contact the classroom teacher about an online option. 

Face to face bookings are strongly preferred.  

If you are unable to attend and would still like an interview, please contact your child’s teacher to make alternative arrangements.
