Rowville District Inter School Sports

Summer Sports- Friday 1st September and Friday 8th September

Thank you to our parent helpers lst Friday who supported our team at the Rowville District Summer Sports competition. Their help was greatly appreciated by our teachers and enriched the experience for our students when competing against the other schools.

There was a lot of success on the first day of play especially in Hot shots Tennis, Cricket and Softball. We look forward to another great day of games this Friday. We hope the weather holds out for our second day of play. In the event of inclement weather, parents will be notified by an Operoo email message any cancellation to the day's play.

District Athletics Result

Well done to all our students who recently competed at the District Athletics a few weeks ago. Overall, our school came 6th which was an amazing accomplishment for our school. We would like to acknowledge the fantastic effort and achievements of the following students in their events.

We wish the very best to Joshua Rajasingham, Caleb Bartlett, Ashton D’Amelio, Jeral Haj, Noah Kavanagh, Neisha Beatty, Abby Therese, Matilda Eimermacher and Madeleine Jayasuriya who have all advanced to the Division Athletics Championships through an invitation and their performance form the District competition. We hope their performance at the District level continues on when they compete at the Division Athletics on Wednesday 13th September.

Knox Rebel Sport Community Partnership with St Simons

Knox Rebel Sport has been a wonderful sponsor of our school in the past and this year. All purchases at this store by parents of the St Simon’s school community provide our school with store credits. These credits are used to provide the school with sporting equipment for sporting activities.

We highly recommend that the next time you visit or purchase an item from Rebel Sport in Knox, ask how to earn credits for our school. Thank you all for your support of our school through our Knox Rebel Sport Community partnership.
