Ecology Unit
Year 7 LEAP
As part of our Ecology Unit in Yr 7 LEAP, students undertook water quality testing down at the Taylors Lakes Linear Reserve during Term 3. We uploaded our data to the Melbourne Water River Detectives website to be used as part of state wide water quality monitoring.
Students also investigated the purpose of the stormwater collection basin; constructed food-webs for the local ecosystem and analysed abiotic and biotic factors found in the environment.
