Attendance
Once again we are sending home overdue attendance forms today for families to fill in and return to school. We must reiterate to parents that it is a legal requirement that absences are explained within 7 days on Compass. It really can't be any easier than to log onto the app and put in an explanation.
Visitors
Please remember to sign in and out of the school through the kiosk, everytime you come through the front gate. It is imperative that we have a record of everyone who is on the school grounds at all times - this is to keep children safe and in case of any emergency that may arise.
If you are having a 3 way conference, you will need to sign in to say you are here to see your child's class teacher as they receive a text message to say you are on site.
Uniform
Due to the changeable weather, students are able to wear either FULL SUMMER or FULL WINTER UNIFORM now but not a combination of both.
Volunteers
We are looking for volunteers to relocate our spare roofing tiles to our new shed - they are currently in the shade house and the new shed is approximately 10 metres away. There are a lot of tiles so this is not a 5 minute job but if you could volunteer for 30 minutes it would make a huge difference. You would need to wear gloves and strong shoes just in case of droppages! We don't want any sore toes! Please let Kate know if you are able to help us with this task as we want to set the shade house up for the children to grow spring/summer veg.
Sport and Rec Excursion
As per Compass Event: Students in Years 3-6 will be attending the Sport and Recreation Centre Camp from Wednesday the 22nd of November to Friday the 24th of November. Thanks to the generosity of our local 'Farming for Kids' donation, along with our amazing PT&F donation, we are pleased to advise that the cost of this excursion will be $100 per child. |
Working With Children Checks
If you are involved in volunteering here at school in any capacity you need to have a current WWCC. These are available through Service NSW and are free for the volunteers check. We are sending out sms messages to our current parents whose WWCC is expired or due to expire soon. If you have not sent through your details to the office we would very much appreciate it if you could make it a priority.

AFTERNOON TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT CHANGES
Please email quiadmin@arm.catholic.edu.au before 2pm if you need to change your child's afternoon travel arrangements as these changes are shared with the students at this time each day.
REMINDER SCHOOL FEES
Statements were emailed from the Catholic Schools Office with term 3 fees being invoiced, please attend to your fees as soon as possible. The preferred payment method is via BPay and also you can set up regular payments using this form of payment. If you are having any difficulties with your fee payments please phone either Pauline or Tracey to discuss alternative arrangements.
