Enjoy the holidays

As we head into the school holidays, we encourage everyone to take a breath and slow things down a little. Holidays are a great chance to rest, recharge, and enjoy simple moments with family and friends. Whether it is getting outside, cooking together, laughing over a board game, or just having a sleep in, these small moments can make a big difference to our wellbeing.

We hope the break provides space to relax, reconnect, and return feeling refreshed and ready for the term ahead. Enjoy the holidays and take care of yourselves and each other.
