Caritas Ks Walk for Water
A couple of weeks ago, our school community came together to celebrate Project Compassion, raising funds throughout the term to support the work of Caritas.
During the term, students spent time in their classrooms learning about four people from different parts of the world: Sisilia from Tanzania, Monoranjon from Bangladesh, Mainani from Samoa, and Ahmad from Gaza. Through their stories, students learned how our fundraising helps support individuals and communities facing challenges and creates real hope and change around the world.
As a school community, and on behalf of Caritas, we would like to warmly thank our students for raising an outstanding $2,608.00. A sincere thank you also goes to all sponsors, parents, grandparents, and extended families and friends for their generosity. Your donations truly make a significant difference in the lives of people across the globe.
