Butchers, Blokes and BBQ Evening

What a hugely successful night with 160 men in attendance.  Thank you to all the men who joined in this wonderful event. The room was alive with fun, laughter, great food and most importantly, fantastic company.  Thank you to the men from St Francis Xavier who were there to make it even more memorable. 

Our special guests kept us all fascinated and engaged throughout the night. Thank you to the Butcher Lenny and Marisa Derosa owners of Classic Butchery,  Father Ben Saliba @againstthegrain podcast and Andrew Condoleon @brotherinchrist member. 

The night was good for the soul and pleasing for the stomach.   A huge shout-out to the awesome teamwork from the Ashfield Olympic Park Network Family Educators. 

Together we look forward to hosting more incredible events like this in 2025.  

Playgroup

During the month of October, we celebrate Our Lady as the feast day of the Holy Rosary was on the 7th of October.  In our playgroup craft session,  we discussed how Mary is the mother of Jesus and how kind and loving she is.

The children decorated an image of Our Lady.  We also had a great time with a fun science experiment using Skittles and water.  The colours that emerged were amazing.
