Big Splash Consent2Go reminder | Friday 25 October

On Friday 25 October, all Senior School students will be attending the annual Big Splash at the Clarence Aquatic Centre.

Parental control over devices

Many parents and carers are understandably concerned about their children's internet usage, and for good reason. There are several measures that parents can take to enhance cybersecurity, including:

  • Setting boundaries and screen time limits
  • Monitoring online activities
  • Using parental control software
  • Educating children about safety online
  • Encouraging open communication
  • Establishing a family internet use plan
  • Seeking professional help when needed.

Please find below a link to a very useful overview of the monitoring and control functions that parents can utilise to increase their ability to keep their families safe online.
