Did you know that 89% of Australian children aged 8 to 17 have played an online game in the last year?
Online gaming can help children to learn, have fun and connect with friends and family, however it can also expose children to potential risks such as:
- inappropriate conversations through chat rooms
- extended use of technology beyond the recommended screen-time hours
- cyberbullying
