Miss Marks' Message

Hello families, 

As we are only a few days away from the end of Term 2, I thought I would share with you some reminders prior to the holidays. 

End of Term reminders

This week, we have our special lunch orders! 

Junior School students will enjoy their orders tomorrow, Middle School students are scheduled for Wednesday, followed by our Senior students on Thursday. Thank you in advance to our Parents Club for their work in organising, collecting and delivering the orders this week. 

This Thursday we farewell Mr Le from Teesdale Primary School as he embarks on new adventures! I know the students and staff will miss Mr Le immensely, and hopefully we will see him visiting us in the future. We will have news for the school community regarding our P.E. program when the details are confirmed. 

This Friday is the final day of Term 2. Students will be dismissed early at 2:30pm after our presentation of the SWAG awards. 

Student Led Conferences - July 26

As we look ahead to Term 3, student led conferences will be held on Friday July 26. Student Led Conferences are an opportunity for students to showcase their learning from Terms 1 and 2 with the support of their teacher. On this day attendance is only required for your child’s conference. A reminder these conferences are not to discuss Semester Reports, parents are welcome to book a time with classroom teachers by appointment if they wish to do this.

Booking times for the Student Led Conferences will be available early next term. We are looking forward to our students celebrating their successes with you during their conference!

Professional Practice Day - July 29

Also, a reminder that our Professional Practice Day is scheduled for Monday July 29 and is a student free day. 

I hope all families have a wonderful break over the holidays. Please take care, keep warm and enjoy the quality time together. We will see you bright and early for Term 3 on Monday July 15.

Please update personal information such as emergency contacts, address, work contact details, place of employment etc. in a timely manner.  Updates can be emailed to teesdale.ps@education.vic.gov.au or visit the office.
