We are dedicated to ensuring that our workplace is safe, functional, and well-maintained for all employees. To streamline the process of reporting any facility-related matters, we have introduced a direct line of communication with our designated Facility Site Administrator.

Effective immediately, for any facility-related issues such as maintenance requests, equipment malfunctions*, or safety concerns, please follow these steps to report:

• Refer to the attachment for a list of staff members who will be your point of contact for all facility matters. Either by Email or Phone or In person if possible, by providing the location/ type of issue and a brief description.

Why This Change?

This change aims to ensure that all facility-related* concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. By having a dedicated staff member to manage these requests, we can better track, prioritize, and resolve issues, contributing to a safer and more comfortable working environment for everyone.
