The Term Break is Almost Over!

I hope students, parents and staff have enjoyed the break and I’m excited to welcome everyone back for the first day of learning for Term 2 on Tuesday 16 April. My hope is that we as a community continue to strive towards all students engaging in a culture to learn through Grace, Respect, Integrity and Courage so that we are all sharing in the goal of ‘Creating Success Together’.

“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.”- 1 Thessalonians 5:11

I commend students for their exceptional work ethic and commitment to studies in Term 1 and encourage all of you to continue setting high standards for yourselves as you pursue knowledge and understanding this term. I would also like to express my gratitude to the staff, both teachers and operational staff for their tireless efforts in guiding and nurturing our students' growth and providing an environment that supports student learning.

Bring on Term 2 and I look forward to seeing you next week!

Introducing ‘Harmony Magazine’

As a College, we seek to embrace a spirit of harmony throughout the year. We also know how much families, students and staff like to be involved in the everyday life of GNLC and see the many events and activities happening each term. Therefore, we are pleased to introduce and launch ‘Harmony Magazine’. Harmony Magazine will reflect upon the activities and highlights at the end of each term throughout the year. We hope you enjoy this inaugural issue and feel free to share it with friends and family locally or abroad!

If you click on or scan the QR codes in the magazine you will see even more photos, links and videos. We also look forward to receiving stories of ‘student achievements’ outside of school, along with news, updates and reunion dates for GNLC Old Scholars during the year.
