St Cecilia's Fair 2024
HELP WANTED!
Fair 2024 Committee - we need you!
We are super excited to be able to announce that the 2024 St Cecilia's School Fair will be held on Saturday October 26, 2024.
The Fair does not organise itself however, so this is where we need your help.
We have a brilliant group of committee members rolling over from 2023, but are seeking some additional volunteers to assist us this year.
So who's in for 2024?
Kylie Zennaro - Fair Chair
Belinda Sandilands - Communications Lead
Rebecca Ceveri - Sustainability Lead
Mark Cooray - Catering Lead
Sarah Malone - Finance Lead
Tanya O'Connell - Rides and Safety Lead
And who do we need?
Bar and Beverages Lead
Growers, Makers and Bakers Lead
Sponsorship and Fundraising Lead
Stall Liaison Lead
General committee
And what sort of time commitment would you expect?
* We meet once a month, generally on a Thursday night, in Ashburton, commencing early Term 2 and concluding just after the Fair.
* Each role varies in terms of time commitment unfortunately, but needless to say, there will be some work outside of just attending committee meetings.
* Attendance at the Fair is a given, along with (where you can assist) helping out with setup and clean up activities also.
