International Women’s Day
This week at Assembly, we celebrated International Women’s Day. We heard from our School Captain and Camfield House Captain, along with several students from Years Three to Twelve who shared about the inspiring women in their lives. Our Year Twelve contemporary music students also performed a wonderful musical item.
We were fortunate to welcome special guest speaker Tracey Bridges, CEO of the Albany Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as Mrs Emma Franklin, Deputy Principal – Teaching and Learning. Following the assembly, parents, staff and students enjoyed a morning tea in the library, providing a lovely opportunity to gather, connect and continue celebrating International Women’s Day.
A reminder to all parents that you are always welcome at our assemblies; we love to see you there!
P&F Events
This Sunday, join us for the Kayak Event, an afternoon for dads and kids to enjoy on the river, followed by a sausage sizzle.
