Welcome to Term 2

Welcome back, families! We hope you had a restful break and are ready for another wonderful term at Birranga College.

We are thrilled to share that two new school buildings are now open and accessible to our students. These additional spaces will expand opportunities for learning and give our growing community even more room to thrive. Alongside this, our basketball/netball/ tennis courts are now also available — offering students fantastic opportunities to be active, connect with each other, and develop their competitive and team skills during recess, lunch, and beyond.

As we settle into these new spaces, we invite our students to approach them with the same pride and care that defines the Birranga Way — treating every shared space as a reflection of who we are as a community.

Before we look ahead, we also want to take a moment to celebrate the achievements of our students during Term 1. Watching our very first cohort find their feet, forge friendships, and begin to truly Belong here at Birranga has been a joy. We have seen students step up, back themselves, and begin to Believe in what they are capable of — and we look forward to watching each of them continue to Become the best versions of themselves across the terms ahead.

Thank you, as always, for your wonderful partnership and support. Together, we are building something special here at Birranga.

Please note that if you are dropping your child early at school there is no access to the inside of the buildings until 8.50am. Similarly, at the end of most school days there is no access to inside the building other than the library on Wednesday and Thursday.
