P&C Meetings
The P&C usually meet on the first Monday of each month from 5.00pm at the school. Everyone is welcome to come along!

Monday 3rd March at 5.00pm the P&C will hold our ‘Meet & Greet’ Meeting while the kids enjoy their ‘Pizza Party Disco’!
Forget about feeding the kids, bring them to the Pizza Party Disco for a feed and a good time, while you are free to see what our P&C is all about and how we work to enhance your child’s experience at Rocky River.
The P&C is your opportunity to be actively involved with your child’s learning and educational experiences. We provide special ‘lunch order’ days each Friday, we help fund excursions and provide essential resources. EVERY CHILD BENEFITS FROM THE SUPPORT OF OUR P&C!
Being part of our P&C allows you to be present for your child as they progress through their School life. Having the active support of a parent helps students feel engaged and motivated throughout their school life. It is exciting for your child to see their parent in their space – helping with lunch orders, helping on a school BBQ, and many other ways you can support them at School.
Our AGM will be held on Monday 7th April, so we hold our ‘Meet & Greet’ meeting in March to allow new families to meet, and to become familiar with our P&C. This year will be a big year for our P&C as we celebrate our 100yr Anniversary.
You must be a financial member to be eligible to vote or stand for an executive position on the P&C, with our March meeting being the last opportunity to pay your $1 membership. Membership forms are available from the Office and will also be available on the night of our March meeting – Monday 3rd March, 5.00pm at the School!
Please remember that there are double unbroken lines on the road in front of our School. It is ILLEGAL and DANGEROUS to make a U-turn in front of the School.
Our School is on a rural road outside of the town boundary. Despite the big red flashing sign, don’t rely on other drivers to slow down. This includes large trucks that come through the area. Vision is obstructed by the overgrown grassy edges and the bend in the road. We have seen many near accidents which are a tragedy waiting to happen one day.
Please make sure you use the turning bay where the School bus turns around. It might take an extra few seconds out of your day, but could make all the difference in the world one day. Please keep our students safe.
Thank you to our volunteers who were able to help with clearing the overgrown vegetation and potential snake habitat. It is so important that our families can work together for the benefit of our students, and we thank those parents who could spare some time to make our School safer.
A reminder to our families that the Rocky River P&C is on the Return & Earn Charity list. This means that when you take your empty bottles and cans to any Return & Earn collection point, you can simple open the Return & Earn app, scan the barcode and your return earnings will go directly to the P&C! Uniforms
School polo shirts, jumpers and jackets are available through the P&C. Order forms are available from the school office, the Audiri App and the attachment below.
We still have some long sleeve shirts available for $10 each in sizes 4, 12, 14, 16 and S.
There are also a large number of pre-loved uniform items available at the school office at $5 per item.
