ECT Wellbeing Day

This intensive workshop will provide invaluable support for early career teachers as they learn to balance the demands of teaching and

provide guidance in developing their strengths and dealing with challenges. It will give them real tools, skills and reflection strategies

that will lead to better awareness, empowerment and an overall sense of balance. We help teachers tap into their own internal resources and help them develop the skills needed to thrive in this profession.
