Learning Goals: Day 1 - On Country experience (Inverell) - experience an immersion into the local community led by the Holy Trinity School Aboriginal Education Team and the Beyond session led by Shane Hardcastle, supported by ACS Karen Tighe and Lilly Moar to deliver dynamic, interactive, and tailored educational solutions that help students better understand their strengths, interests, and potential career pathways. This session is aligned with the outcomes for ACS Warraymaylaya Retreats and Cultural Plans for a hope-filled future. 

VET/Careers Teachers are encouraged to attend day 1 

Day 2 - A strength-based approach to understand and utilise Compass and Cultural Plans to facilitate an authentic relationship with students, staff, families and communities. This workshop is led by ACS staff Karen Tighe, Briony Martin and Alana Hatch.
