Highlight
Selamat siang,
This week in writing, we focused on crafting strong introductions for factual recounts, helping students set the scene and hook their readers from the start. In maths, we tackled multi-digit multiplication strategies, building confidence and fluency with larger numbers.
Our water safety lessons have continued, where students are developing important life skills and learning how to stay safe in and around water. We also began our Guided Inquiry unit with an exciting immersion session exploring Australian history. Students examined significant eras from the 1500s through to the 2000s, sparking curiosity and rich discussions about how our nation has changed over time.
Stay warm and have a wonderful week,
Kathy, Ros, Julia, Mandy, Suzie and Emily.
