Swimming Victoria annual memberships are now overdue. Please renew your memberships asap as swimmers will not be allowed to train without them as they will have no insurance cover. More information on prices and how to renew on another page!

Save the date! The AGM is coming up on August 4th at 6:30 in the clubroom. This is the time of year that we elect a new Committee for the 2025-2026 season. Last day of training for Junior and Active squads is 4/7/25 and the first day back is the first day of term 3 - 21/7/25. Have a safe and restful term break!

Coaching and Access Fees During the Holidays

Junior and Active squads train 40 weeks per year in line with the school terms and take a break from regular training during school holidays. While sessions pause during the break, fees continue as usual—this is because coaching costs are averaged out over 26 fortnightly payments across the year (Maroondah Leisure isn’t able to pause and resume payments with each term). But rest assured, you’re only paying for the training delivered across the full year—it’s just spread evenly to keep things simple and consistent.

If you're going to be away and your swimmer has a Swim Plus or Fitness Plus Teen membership, you can freeze it for the time you are away on the client portal. Please click the link for instructions on how to freeze it: Membership freeze Maroondah Leisure

Holiday Skills and Technique Clinics

RSC is offering Skills and Technique Clinics for our Junior Squads over the term 2 holidays. These sessions will be run by our wonderful Coaches Ava and Lucy, with the support and supervision of Brendan. Our holiday clinics are the perfect way for swimmers to sharpen their skills and fine-tune technique in a short burst of focused practice. It’s amazing how a few extra sessions can boost confidence, fast-track progress, and lead to stronger swims! With the RSC Short Course Meet just around the corner on August 3rd, now’s the perfect time to dive in and get some extra prep under your belt!
