2026 Class builds

As we approach the end of the school year, we begin planning for 2026. The creation of classes is a carefully considered process that takes time, collaboration and thoughtful decision-making.

Each year, we review our form groups to provide students with opportunities to build new connections, develop strong learning habits and engage positively with a variety of peers.

Class placements are determined through a collaborative process involving subject teachers, Engagement Curriculum Teachers and Year Level Engagement Coordinators. In forming classes, we consider a range of factors including social dynamics, learning needs and classroom balance, all with the goal of creating a safe, support and inclusive learning environment.

Over the previous two weeks students have been given forms for them to have student voice in their classes for 2026.

Once form groups are finalised, no changes will be made as subjects, electives, teacher allocations and other elements are determined based on these placements. Any changes after this stage cause significant disruption and delay to the organisation of classes and learning programs.
