The wellbeing of all our students is our top priority, we know that if this is ignored, it impacts learning. Last Friday I attended some professional learning run by Headspace called SAFEMinds - this is an early intervention approach to NiP mental health issues in the bud. This process is outlined in the graphic below. However, schools cannot do this in isolation, it needs to be done in collaboration with home. If you have noticed any changes in your child's behaviour, please reach out to their class teacher or myself so that as a team we can work together to Notice, Inquire and Plan a response to support your child.
