Project – survey insights

Feedback informs!

Student & Staff Feedback

Karen Harris

Principal

This term we shared a survey with BSC staff and students to help inform plans for the development of school grounds. We wanted to assess what areas are currently working well, where we can improve things and what development to prioritise so we can create outdoor spaces that better meet the needs of our community.

More than 600 students responded to the survey, with many also putting their hands up to participate in later planning phases. It has been fantastic to see such levels of engagement and thoughtful feedback. Gathering this data is an important step in the planning process, as we can now illustrate and analyse the themes that are emerging from the feedback and better address the needs of our students and staff as we move into the planning phase. I will report on these outcomes and communicate any plans with the community in Term 4.

A big thanks to all the staff and students that shared their feedback!
