Dear Parents/Carers, 

On behalf of the entire teaching and support staff community of Mount Alvernia College, we thank you for your continued support and partnership this term. There’s no better way to finish a term than celebrating with your children at our beloved Cultural Festival. I commend every student who participated in today’s celebrations and hope our Year 7 students had a wonderful day at their very first Feast Day and Cultural Festival. A special congratulations toGreccio for winning the Battle of the Houses today. 

As we pause for a well-deserved break, I encourage you all to continue fostering the spirit of Mt A within your families and communities. Please use this break as an opportunity to recharge and spend quality time with your loved ones. Let us also carry our College value of respect with us into the remainder of the year and beyond. 

I express my gratitude to our Mount Alvernia College community – parents, students, and staff – for your unwavering support in our shared commitment to Educational Wellbeing.

What a wonderful Term it has been, I look forward to welcoming students back on Tuesday 3 October.
