Year 2 Reflections on the Athletics Carnival

On Thursday we had our Athletics Carnival. Here is what the Year 2 students liked the best:

Ari: I liked how we all tried our best in everything.

Lilly: My favourite was the 100m race because I ran in my new shoes.

Harvey: I liked that everyone was trying their best.

Harry: I liked the long jump because it was really fun.

Elise: I was happy because my dad came for the first time.

James: My favourite part was the shot put because I got to throw the shot put and it was super fun.

Eliana: I liked when we did the 100m race because I like running.

Bennett: I liked discus because we were doing really good throws.

Oli: I was happy because my dad raced and he said that he was going to race.

Lucas: My favourite was the whole school relays because it was my second time being in it.

Ethan: I liked being in Red House because they won!

Liam: My favourite was the 100m race because I ran super fast.

Archie: My favourite thing at the athletics carnival was the shot put because it was very fun.

Mary: I liked how nobody gave up even if it was tricky.
