Captains Corner

Welcome to the Captain’s Corner, with Alyssia and Patrick!

These past two weeks have been jam-packed! 

We have had the Athletics Carnival, the Prep and Year 6 Mass, and Interschool Sport for the Year 5s & 6s. 

The Athletics Carnival was on yesterday. Everybody enjoyed this fun day and it was great to see everyone getting into the team spirit. 

There was lots of colour at the athletics track as everybody was wearing a touch of their house colour which was super fun, and some people went the extra mile and fully dressed up! 

Personally, we think Green House dressed up the most 💚GO GREEN!!💚 

It was awesome seeing everyone having a go at the events and cheering on their house. 

Thank you to Mr Gava and Mrs Birch who put in a lot of work to make the day a success, as well as parent helpers who came along.

A big congratulations to Red House for winning the day!

The end of term is coming up and we have a few more events on the way. 

Pyjama Day is next Thursday the 20th of June and we are raising money and awareness for the CEO Winter Sleepout. 

Our term finishes with Friendship Fair Day on Friday the 28th of June. 

We have seen people in the yard practising their Friendship Fair Day acts for the talent show at break time. Make sure to show your talents and give it a go. 

Everybody is so excited about this upcoming fun day!
