*Remember…any Trinity children from Years 1-6 can be involved in the BSC. They do not need to be a current member of the choir to take part. Those involved however, will need to commit to the full period of weekly rehearsals for its preparation. Conversely, children can still be members of Trinity Voices and not take part in the BSC, if they so choose. They will be exposed to the repertoire however since weekly rehearsals provide the only opportunity to prepare the material.

For more information, feel free to contact Mr Ru at school, or Bernadette on 0414 858 738 or dettelannen@gmail.com, and watch this space!

T-shirt Competition

“In alignment with our commitment to raising awareness about environmental issues, we are seeking artwork that reflects the impact of climate change on a global scale. The chosen winner's artwork will be prominently displayed on The Boîte website and featured in our public program for the performance.

Additionally, the winning image will be transformed into a T-shirt transfer for all choir members to have printed on their shirts for the show. We envision the artwork to feature a globe with Australia included! This can also be surrounded by either children holding hands, or other imaginative elements that symbolize the effects of climate change.

Here are some guidelines for the artwork:

  • Full-color design- simple bold designs work well for the audience to see!
  • Size: A4 -or A3 paper.
  • Pencil, crayons, pastels or textas
  • Theme: Climate change, with a focus on the globe
  • Imaginative ideas surrounding the globe are encouraged

This competition provides an excellent opportunity for students to express their creativity while engaging with important environmental issues. We encourage you to incorporate discussions about climate change and its impacts into your classroom activities to inspire students in their artwork.

The winner will be selected by The Boite staff, and the winning artwork will be announced on June 4th.

We believe that by empowering young artists to express their perspectives on climate change, we can foster greater awareness and inspire positive action within our community as well as encourage students to bring out their best creatively!”

Please ensure that all submissions are submitted by Wednesday May 29th via a photo of the artwork. Entries will then be emailed to the Boite. Contact Mr Ru for more information.
