PBIS Blitz
NEW - Term 2 Week 5 & 6 PBIS Blitz
‘Taking responsibility for our actions’.
At Assembly this week we took some time to review how we're doing with being responsible and respectful during our games and activities.
- Have we been lining up patiently and waiting our turn? A reminder that this shows respect for our fellow classmates and helps keep things running smoothly.
- Are we following the rules of the games? Remember, rules ensure everyone has a fair chance to play and enjoy themselves. It's not fair to make up our own rules just to gain an advantage. Let's embrace the challenge of playing by the rules and being good sports.
- In gaga ball, are we playing fairly? This means no targeting other players. Let's focus on playing our best while showing kindness and respect to everyone involved.
If there's ever any confusion about the rules or if we need help resolving a disagreement, we can always ask one player to be an umpire. Their job is to make sure everyone is playing by the rules and to help settle any questions that come up.
So, let's be responsible by lining up patiently, respectful by following the rules, and fair by playing gaga ball with kindness and sportsmanship. When we all do our part to uphold these PBIS expectations, we create a positive environment where everyone can have a blast playing together.
