A Message from the Principal
Mrs Pauline Long
Dear Parents and Carers,
Presentation Day
It was wonderful to see so many families attending our annual Presentation Day Assembly. Congratulations to all award winners. This week, Mrs Cortis will be emailing families copies of the photos taken during the assembly.
I had the pleasure of selecting one student from the infants and one from the primary for my Principal’s Award.
For the Infants award I chose a student who is always bright and bubbly. She bounds into school each morning and greets all our staff and her fellow students with a wonderful smile. Her enthusiasm for life is contagious. She achieves a high level of success in her learning due to her consistent effort in all subject areas. She plays happily on the playground with her peers and is a very dedicated Nature Ninja.
Congratulations to Hayley Sexton for being the worthy recipient of my Principal's Award for 2024.
For the Primary Award I chose a Year 6 student who has demonstrated considerable growth in all areas of school life. She is a conscientious student who achieves a high standard academically. Even more impressive is the personal growth and resilience this student has shown. She has tackled challenges and matured into a confident, thoughtful and caring student. She displays a natural flair for creative pursuits and I look forward to hearing whether she becomes a renowned author or a famous actress in the future.
Congratulations to Rosie Lee who is a worthy recipient of my Primary Principal’s Award for 2024.
