SJV Spirit Day 

On the 5th December SJV will be holding a special Spirit Day. 

This day will be a wonderful opportunity for the school to celebrate how special SJV is. The day will begin with Student Wellbeing activities, a whole school picnic, a talent show and will finish with a Colour Fun Run. 

All students will need a white t-shirt to participate in this event. 

If anyone can lend a water gun for the day could the school please borrow. 

This will only be used on students that wish to be squirted.

Prizes will arrive next week parents will be notifies to pick them up from the office.

Schedule

• 12:15 PM – SJV Talent Show: All families are welcome to join us in the Performing Arts Area.
• 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM – Whole School Recess Break.
• 2:15 PM - 3:10 PM – Colour Fun Run: An exciting and colorful event for all students!
• 3:15 PM – End of the school day:
  • Teachers will dismiss students from the oval.
  • Students’ bags will be placed outside.
  • Students can meet their parents at the usual pick-up area.(back or front gate)

Families are invited to stay and enjoy a sausage in bread or a drink for $2 each if they wish.

What Students Need to Bring

• White T-shirt: All students should wear a plain white t-shirt to school for the Colour Fun Run. The t-shirt will get colorful during the activity!
• Drink Bottles- It will be a hot day so students will need to keep well hydrated with drink bottles and school taps.
• Towel or plastic bag: To protect car seats after the event, please bring a towel or a black garbage bag for your child to sit on.
• Change of clothes: If your child attends after-school care, they may bring a change of clothes.
