Individual Fee Statements

Individual fee statements were sent home with students last week. Please ensure you return any required documentation to the office in timely manner. 

2025 Fees/Levies

2025 Fees/Levies have been set and will be as follows:

Family Fee $1270-00

Family Capital Levy $ 50-00

Student Technology Levy $200-00

Student Tuition Levy $ 300-00

Student Swimming Levy $ 80-00

Student Performing Arts Levy $ 70-00

Student Bus Levy $ 20-00

Foundation Excursion Levy $ 40-00

1/ 2 Excursion Levy $ 60-00

3/ 4 Camp Levy $ 350-00

5/6 Camp Levy $ 270-00

Grade 6 EOY Excursion Levy $60-00

2025 Camps

Grade 3/ 4 Camp: 2 days/1 night at Feathertop Chalet Harrietville - Monday February 17th/Tuesday February 18th

Grade 5/6 Camp: 3 days/2 nights at DOXA City Camp - Wednesday February 19th to Friday February 21st

In the next couple of weeks Julie will begin working on the 2025 Fee & Levy letters for every family. If you were eligible for a Health Care/Pension Card in 2024 but this will no longer be valid as at 28th January 2025, please contact Julie asap to let her know.

If you did not have a Health Care/Pension Card as at the beginning of this school year but are now eligible -and the card will valid as at 28th January 2025 -please also contact Julie to update your details.

All families will be offered some level of financial rebate – this will be advised to you in your letter. If you have any queries regarding next year’s fees and levies, please wait until you receive your individual letter – we will be happy to address any queries then.
