NSW Secondary Schools State Athletics Carnival

This week Damon participated at the NSW Secondary Schools State Athletics Carnival in Sydney.  He competed in the 17+ Boys 100m sprint. Damon ran a great race and achieved a fantastic time of 12:12 seconds.  This is an outstanding achievement to be one of the fastest 17 year old runners in the State.  Damon's dedication and commitment to training and improving his results is a credit to his determination to do his best.

All the students cheered Damon on in the Library, watching the race live on the big screen.  Congratulations Damon - all of ACS is proud of you!

PSSA Riverina Athletics Carnival

Sophie, Caitlin and Callie participated at the PSSA Riverina Athletics Carnival in Albury.

All three girls competed to the best of their ability and achieved great results.

+ Sophie competed in the 200m dash.

+ Caitlin competed in the Long Jump and High Jump.

+ Callie competed in the 200m dash, 100m sprint, Long Jump and Shot Put.

Caitlin achieved a PB in Long Jump, with Callie completing a great result in Long Jump and Sophie running a solid 200m race.
