We're pleased to share two upcoming online events designed to support parents, carers, and professionals in nurturing children's social and emotional wellbeing.

 Parent Workshop Series: Optimal Relationship Approach (ORA)

A 3-part online series supporting parents/carers to feel more confident in their parenting and to strengthen relationships within the family.

Dates: Thursday 5, 12 & 19 March 2026

Time: 6:30pm–8:30pmCost: $200 per participant (3 x 2-hour sessions)

Presented by: Trish McGhie & Rayyan Berjaoui

Developed by Dr Kate Renshaw, the Optimal Relationship Approach is an evidence-informed program that explores how the brain works, how to make sense of big behaviours, and how relationship-based skills can support positive mental health and wellbeing for the whole family.
