The Resilience Project

As part of our ongoing commitment to promoting emotional well-being, we encourage families to have an ‘Empathy Chat’ with their children. These conversations, inspired by The Resilience Project, help children develop the skills to understand and connect with the feelings of others. By fostering empathy at home, you can support your child in building strong relationships and resilience. Taking a few moments each day to talk about how they’re feeling or how others might be feeling can make a big difference in their emotional development. We invite all families to join us in this important practice to nurture kindness, understanding, and compassion in our community
