Wellbeing

Wellbeing encompasses the three facets to our Wellbeing program this year – The Resilience Project, a dedicated Mind Body and Us specialist class each week and a new Wellbeing goal matrix to support learners. During Term One, our focus is ‘Identity and Safety’. Students will explore their individual identity and how they can use their strengths in positive ways.

To support your child’s learning at home, you could engage in the following:

  • Encourage your child to practice mindfulness exercises like deep breathing, body scans, or gratitude journaling. These activities help kids become more aware of their thoughts and emotions.
  • Involve kids in simple cooking or baking activities. Not only does this teach them important life skills, but it also promotes mindfulness and creativity.
  • Share age-appropriate books or online resources that encourage imagination and critical thinking.
