Easter Parade for ELC/Prep/Yr1/Yr2 - 9:00am on the basketball courts (weather permitting) Easter hats to be made at home.
Back up Easter hats will also be made at school.
All students are dismissed at 2:30pm
OSHC will be available from 2:30pm for students enrolled in the program.
Save the Date: Parent Teacher Interviews
22/4 and 23/4 3.30-6.30pm
We offer these interviews twice a year - at the start of Term 2 and the end of Term3.
Dates: Term 2 - Monday 22nd April & Tuesday 23rd April 2024
Times: 3.30pm - 6.30pm
Where: Parent Teacher Interviews are held at school, generally in the classroom of your child.
When can I book? Bookings for interviews will go live on Monday 15th April at 8.30am and close at 8.00am Monday 22nd April.
How do I book? Bookings will go live on Compass.
Does my child need to attend? We strongly recommend bringing your child along, so they are able to share their learning growth with their family.
*Please note: Families in 1E and 3A will have their interviews on a different day which will be advised ASAP.

Next Assembly
Our next fortnightly assembly for our community to attend will be Friday 19th April (First week back of Term 2)
Assemblies commence at 2.30pm, so please arrive around 2.15pm and find a
place to sit at the rear of the gym.

Hillsmeade commemorative “brick”
The Hillsmeade School Council is extremely excited to present a unique opportunity to leave a lasting mark at Hillsmeade.
Please see the attached flyer with all the details on how you can acquire a commemorative “brick” to be placed under our flag poles.
The brick allows you to personalise it with elements such as your child’s name, their year level, the year they commenced their journey at Hillsmeade, your family name or even a hand-drawn picture.

BREAKFAST CLUB
Breakfast Club will be open from 8:00am to 8:45am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday!
Lot's of free tasty options! See you next to the Canteen!
Carer supervision is required prior to 8.35am, teachers are on duty from 8.35am only.

Do you have a health care card?
You may be eligible to apply for the CSEF (Camps Sports Excursion Fund) which gives each student $125 per year to go towards Camps, Sports, Excursions and Incursions at Hillsmeade Primary School.
Applications must be submitted by the end of TERM 2
