Empowering Insights: A Journey Through HSC Excellence

On the 7th of February we had the pleasure of welcoming back a distinguished graduate from the class of 2023, Taya Garner who generously shared her insights on her High School Certificate journey with our current Year 12 Community and Family Studies students. Taya who achieved a remarkable Band 6 in the Community and Family Studies exam, provided a valuable perspective on navigating the challenges and growth inherent in the HSC year.

During the engaging session, Taya offered a candid look into her personal experiences, emphasising the significance of balancing academic pursuits with personal passions. She stressed the importance of staying connected to the activities she loved, including gym sessions, time with friends and work commitments. Taya attributed this balance to maintaining high levels of motivation and ensuring overall health and wellbeing throughout the demanding HSC period.

The Class of 2024 class extends their gratitude to Taya for her time and willingness to share her journey. This session provided an excellent opportunity for our current students to seek advice, ask questions and exchange ideas, setting a positive tone for a successful Year 12.

Sincere thanks to Taya.
